Current Vacancies

  • Kitchen Assistant

    Contract: Part time. Permanent.
    Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week.
    Salary: £17,364 – £18,065 pro rata (actual starting salary £9,916 pa)
    Start Date: 30 Aug 2019.

    Required for August 2019, you will be part of a team assisting with food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, food service and till use. You will be based in a busy, fast paced kitchen which serves up to 700 meals per day. Working directly with the chef, a knowledge of catering practices is essential.

    You must be able to communicate well with students, staff and kitchen colleagues. Teamwork and reliability are essential.

  • Library Assistant

    Contract: Part time. Permanent.
    Term-time only. 32.5 hours per week.
    Salary: Band 3 £19,171 – £20,344 pro rata (actual salary £14,232 pa)
    Start Date: 30 Aug 2019.

    The Governors of this highly regarded and very successful Catholic school are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Library Assistant.

    Key duties will include:

    • Maintaining a welcoming and organised library
    • Supervising students whilst in the library
    • Selection, acquisition, organisation, promotion and maintenance of book and non-book resources
    • Providing guidance to teachers regarding the selection of collections for classroom use.
