On November 8th, over 150 pupils from local primary schools joined Trinity musicians for our annual Joint Schools Music Festival.

In October, groups from Years 9 to 11 watched a performance by The Party Somewhere Else on the suffragette movement.
WW1 Centenary Poppies
To mark the centenary of the end of WW1, pupils of all ages have made poppy key fobs or bag tags in DT.
Year 11 Performances
On October 18th, Trinity Year 11 Drama pupils performed GCSE extracts at lunchtime and in the evening.
Sixth Form Open Evening
On the evening of Wednesday 17th October, The Trinity Sixth Form opened its doors to prospective Year 12 students.

Trinity Open Evening
On Tuesday 2nd October, Trinity welcomed Year 6 pupils and their families to its annual open evening.
Mental Health Day
Trinity School students and staff supported World Mental Health Day on Wednesday 10th October.
At the end of September, our German partner school sent pupils and staff to Nottingham for a four day stay.
D of E Silver Assessment
On Thursday 27th September, three teams of DofE pupils set off on the three day expedition for their assessment.
NYO - Play the School
National Youth Orchestra musicians visited Trinity for their Play the School event on Monday 17 September.
Contemporary Dance Workshop
On Friday 21st September, Year 10 and 11 GCSE Dance pupils took part in a contemporary dance workshop.
On Saturday 8th September, 44 pupils visited Wembley Stadium to watch England versus Spain in the first of the UEFA League fixtures.
A group of students and staff from Trinity joined with five other schools and departed for Lourdes on Saturday 14th July.
On Tuesday 10th July, the Trinity Music Department held their Summer Concert in the Sports Hall.
Year 11 Prom
On June 27th, Year 11 and 36 members of staff gathered at The Nottingham Belfry to celebrate at their Prom.
Three Peaks Challenge
On a hot day at the beginning of July, twenty Trinity Year 11 pupils tackled the Yorkshire Three Peaks.
Klezmer Group Performance
On Saturday 16th June, Klezmer Group performed at The Royal Concert Hall in their final After Hours concert of the season.
County Cup Winners
Trinity's U16 Boys football team beat Southwell Minster School to win the County Cup on June the 5th.
GCSE Music Award
The Incorporated Society of Musicians has awarded Trinity a Silver Certificate to acknowledge our excellent GCSE results.
Easter Egg Raffle
Trinity's annual Easter Egg Raffle took place in March, with all proceeds goings towards the pilgrimage to Lourdes.
Goodbye Y11 Drama Students
In April, the Trinity Drama Department said goodbye to its Year 11 students who have been in the department for five years
Year 11 Drama Evening
The Drama Department hosted a Y11 performance evening in preparation for the pupils' GCSE Performance Exam.
On Friday 9th March, some of Trinity’s flautists took to the stage in the Drama Studio to showcase their playing.
Ski Trip to Artesina
Over February half term, 42 Trinity students from Years 8 to 13 went to Artesina in Italy on the school's annual ski trip.
In March, a group of Trinity pupils went to WE Day, at Wembley, to listen to a number of inspirational speakers.
BBC Film Klezmer Group
On the 8th of February, BBC cameras rolled into the Music Department to film a Klezmer Group rehearsal.
On Tuesday 30th January, a group of students from Years 10 and 11 delivered the first 'soccercise' session for Year 7.
The Music Department continued its programme of lunchtime concerts with 'Piano Perfection' on Friday 26th January.
NPO Family Concert
Trinity pupils attended the Nottingham Philharmonic Orchestra's family concert on Saturday 27th January at The Royal Concert Hall.
House Piano Competition
Some of Trinity's finest pianists took part in the House Piano Competition on Thursday 25th January.
Yorkshire Charity Challenge
In July, a group of Y11 students will take on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, to raise £500 for charity.
BHF Charity Collection
Staff and pupils raised funds for the British Heart Foundation before the Christmas holiday.
Rehearsal with Clare Bhabra
Clare Bhabra, the the leader of the Nottingham Philharmonic Orchestra, visited Trinity to rehearse the Chamber Orchestra strings.
The Trinity Music Department held its Christmas Concert at St Teresa's Church on Tuesday 19th December.
Trinity's Years 10 and 11 badminton teams did very well at the Nottingham City League Finals.
Trinity held its Presentation Evening, a celebration of hard work and achievement, on 6th December in the Sports Hall.
In December, pupils in Years 10 and 11 brought in donations for The Trussell Trust foodbank appeal.
House Dance Competition
On December 1st, thirty students took part in this year’s House Dance Competition in the Upper School hall.
Trinity into Warhammer Semi-Finals
On Saturday 18th November, two teams of Trinity pupils entered a Warhammer competition against other Nottingham schools.
Lost in Music Rehearsals
Rehearsals for Trinity's latest whole school musical, Lost in Music, got under way in November.
In November, Trinity presented information on e-safety to all pupils and, separately, to parents at an information evening.
Nottingham Phil. Partnership
Representatives from the the Nottingham Philharmonic Orchestra visited a Trinity Chamber Orchestra rehearsal in November.
On Friday 10th November, 36 students from Years 10 and 11 competed to design and build model particle accelerators.
Whole School Council Meeting
The Whole School Council, made up of representatives from each year group, met with Mr McClafferty and Mrs Greatrix in November.
On Friday 10th November, Trinity held a remembrance service by the statue of Our Lady at the Beechdale Road site.
On Friday 3rd November, the Music Department held its first lunchtime concert of the year in the Drama Studio.
On Wednesday 18th October, Trinity School hosted the Catenians' Concert for Sick and Retired Priests.
Performance at The Teaching Awards
In October, the Kanneh-Mason family ensemble provided the entertainment at The Pearson Teaching Awards in London.
