Literature Ambassadors
Three Trinity pupils have been selected as Unesco City of Literature Ambassadors for the coming year.
Biomedical Sciences Assembly
On Tuesday 22nd January, Colin Mudd of the Biomedical Sciences Institute spoke to Trinity students in the Sports Hall.
Presentation Evening
On Thursday 6th December, Trinity held its Presentation Evening to celebrate the achievements of the previous year.
Music Festival
On November 8th, over 150 pupils from local primary schools joined Trinity musicians for our annual Joint Schools Music Festival.
Remembrance Service
To mark Remembrance Day and the centenary of the end of WW1, Trinity held a liturgy on the 9th of November.
The Party Somewhere Else
In October, groups from Years 9 to 11 watched a performance by The Party Somewhere Else on the suffragette movement.
WW1 Centenary Poppies
To mark the centenary of the end of WW1, pupils of all ages have made poppy key fobs or bag tags in DT.
House Dance Competition
On Thursday 26th October, pupils from Year 7 to Year 10 took part in the House Dance Competition.
WW1 Phone Holder
To commemorate 100 years since the end of WW1, some pupils have been making memorial phone holders in DT.
Trinity Open Evening
On Tuesday 2nd October, Trinity welcomed Year 6 pupils and their families to its annual open evening.
Mental Health Day
Trinity School students and staff supported World Mental Health Day on Wednesday 10th October.
German Visitors
At the end of September, our German partner school sent pupils and staff to Nottingham for a four day stay.
NYO - Play the School
National Youth Orchestra musicians visited Trinity for their Play the School event on Monday 17 September.
Contemporary Dance Workshop
On Friday 21st September, Year 10 and 11 GCSE Dance pupils took part in a contemporary dance workshop.
Wembley Trip
On Saturday 8th September, 44 pupils visited Wembley Stadium to watch England versus Spain in the first of the UEFA League fixtures.
Urban Gongs
A project called Urban Gongs visited Trinity on the 16th and 23rd of July to work with pupils in Years 8 and 10.
School Barbecue Day
On Thursday 19th July, Trinity took advantage of the glorious weather to have its annual barbecue.

On Tuesday 10th July, the Trinity Music Department held their Summer Concert in the Sports Hall.

The final of Trinity's Got Talent 2018 took place on Thursday 12th July in the Kingsbury Hall.
Y10 Physicist of the Year
At the end of June, a Trinity pupil was nominated Year 10 Physicist of the Year, sponsored by the Ogden Trust.

On one of the hottest weekends of the year, Year 10 DofE pupils trekked across the Peak District in Derbyshire.

School Council Celebration
On Tuesday 19 June, the year representatives for the School Council met for the last time this academic year.
Klezmer Group Performance
On Saturday 16th June, Klezmer Group performed at The Royal Concert Hall in their final After Hours concert of the season.
National Handball Finals
In June, Trinity U13 Boys and U15 Boys represented the East Midlands in the prestigious Schools Handball National Finals.
Y10 Airplane Project
In May, two Y10 Resistant Materials groups completed a mini-project to make a Spitfire or single-engine model aircraft.
GCSE Music Award
The Incorporated Society of Musicians has awarded Trinity a Silver Certificate to acknowledge our excellent GCSE results.
Midlands Handball Champions
Two Trinity teams have qualified for the National Handball Finals to be held at the Worcester Arena in June.
Easter Egg Raffle
Trinity's annual Easter Egg Raffle took place in March, with all proceeds goings towards the pilgrimage to Lourdes.
Egg-citing Physics Challenge
On Friday 9th March, twelve Y10 students took part in an Egg-citing Physics Challenge at Nottingham High School.
Fabulous Flutes
On Friday 9th March, some of Trinity’s flautists took to the stage in the Drama Studio to showcase their playing.
Our Country's Good
In March, Trinity's GCSE Drama students attended an performance of the play Our Country’s Good at Nottingham Playhouse.
Ski Trip to Artesina
Over February half term, 42 Trinity students from Years 8 to 13 went to Artesina in Italy on the school's annual ski trip.
WE Day
In March, a group of Trinity pupils went to WE Day, at Wembley, to listen to a number of inspirational speakers.
County Handball Success
Three Trinity Handball teams have been selected to represent Nottinghamshire at the Midlands Finals in May.
Y10 into Forest Bowl Final
The Trinity Year 10 Boys Football Team have made it into the Forest Bowl final to be held in May.
BBC Film Klezmer Group
On the 8th of February, BBC cameras rolled into the Music Department to film a Klezmer Group rehearsal.
Soccercise Session
On Tuesday 30th January, a group of students from Years 10 and 11 delivered the first 'soccercise' session for Year 7.
Piano Perfection
The Music Department continued its programme of lunchtime concerts with 'Piano Perfection' on Friday 26th January.
NPO Family Concert
Trinity pupils attended the Nottingham Philharmonic Orchestra's family concert on Saturday 27th January at The Royal Concert Hall.
House Piano Competition
Some of Trinity's finest pianists took part in the House Piano Competition on Thursday 25th January.
BHF Charity Collection
Staff and pupils raised funds for the British Heart Foundation before the Christmas holiday.
Rehearsal with Clare Bhabra
Clare Bhabra, the the leader of the Nottingham Philharmonic Orchestra, visited Trinity to rehearse the Chamber Orchestra strings.
Christmas Concert
The Trinity Music Department held its Christmas Concert at St Teresa's Church on Tuesday 19th December.
Badminton Champions
Trinity's Years 10 and 11 badminton teams did very well at the Nottingham City League Finals.
Presentation Evening
Trinity held its Presentation Evening, a celebration of hard work and achievement, on 6th December in the Sports Hall.
Foodbank Donations
In December, pupils in Years 10 and 11 brought in donations for The Trussell Trust foodbank appeal.
Reverse Advent Calendar
10CK were one of the Year 10 forms inspired by Miss Coles' assembly to use a reverse advent calendar.
