Trinity's Got Talent

The final of Trinity’s Got Talent 2017 was attended by an audience of pupils and staff on Thursday 6th July.

Seven pupils had made it through to the final, with acts including fantastic performances from two Year 9 singers, three Year 7 Bollywood dancers in full costume, a ukulele player, and a martial arts demonstration.

Staff and pupils were extremely impressed by the high standard and the confidence of all the final acts. However, there had to be a winner and the top prize was awarded to the extremely talented Year 7 Bollywood dancers, who had received a standing ovation. Second prize went to the Year 7 martial arts contestant and third prize to the ukulele player and singer from Year 8.

Well Done and Thank You

Well done to everyone who took part in the semi-finals and the finals; over 16 acts took part in the first rounds of the competition from Years 7 to 9.

A big thank you goes to the audience who donated 50p to watch the event. All money raised will be donated to charity.

Miss White would also like to thank Ms Sapiano and Mr Gillett, who helped with the event, and Mrs Squires and the Drama Interns for judging the event and for giving up their lunchtimes to enable this event to continue another year.
